How long will my SheWay Hair Extensions last?
Our hair is guaranteed to last many years with proper care.
How often do I need to wash my hair?
For curly textures, we recommend a conditioner wash at least 3 times a week. For Wavy and Straight textures, we suggest a conditioner wash once a week or as needed. See Full Hair care tips.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P O BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for P O BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for P O BOX addresses. All P O BOX shipments ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Can I color SheWay Hair Extensions?
Yes, all SheWay Hair Extensions can be colored . Seek the help of a professional colorist for assistance.
How many bundles do I need?
The number of bundles you need depends on the hair texture and the lengths.
I ordered online, but want to cancel, can I do that?
Yes, you may cancel your orders as long as the items have not shipped. Please note that orders placed during major sales seasons and promotions are final sale and can not be cancelled.
